The Vacuum Abdominal Suck Exercise

A great way to exercise you abdominal muscles any time during the day is the “Vacuum Abdominal Suck”. Best of all unlike stomach crunches no one will know that your doing them.

Method

All you do is suck in your stomach as much as you can and also tense your abdominal muscles at the same time. Just hold this position as long as you can and keep repeating until you feel the bun.
